Description
Azaaca is the first of a new brood of dwarf bittering hops to get a name. Even with it’s high alpha acids, it still works well as a dual-use hop, giving off a pleasant mix of tropical fruits kissed with citrus. The taste notes were particularly spicy mango and pineapple with some piney tangerine qualities. It has been likened to a New Zealand hop.
